PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698

As “AYNEN ELDİVEN”; In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the relevant legislation, we take maximum care in the processing and protection of your personal data. Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken in accordance with the legislation we are subject to in order to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unlawful access to personal data, and to ensure the protection of personal data.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the principles specified in Article 4 of the Law due to the www.ayneneldiven.com.tr operated by our company, your visit to our website, filling out the forms on our site, and contacting our company. You can review our Privacy and Cookie Policy published on our website.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation; We inform you with this clarification text prepared to include our employees, suppliers, business partners, customers who receive products or services, potential product or service recipients and related third parties who visit our website.

1.DATA OFFICER:

Your personal data is provided by The Aynen Eldiven Tekstil Ve Konfeksiyon Sanayi İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Company (“AYNEN ELDİVEN”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), in accordance with Section 3 of the Law. It is processed as “Data Controller” defined in the article.

2.HOW PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSES:

Location Information (In terms of relevant personal data subjects; address, location information)

4.WHO AND FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED CAN BE TRANSFERRED:

Within the scope of this clarification text, your personal data specified; limited to the purposes specified in the second article; to our company representatives, business partners, customers, suppliers, service providers, occupational health and safety processes, within the scope of occupational health and safety measures, to the persons and organizations and insurance companies where the health information of the employees is received, to banks, financial institutions, computer operating systems and computer programs used within our company in order to carry out financial transactions of the relevant persons, and to software, hardware, information and technology companies in order to carry out maintenance and repair of the programs, the transfer of private personal data domestically, by obtaining the explicit consent of the person concerned, in cases stipulated in the law in terms of private personal data other than health and sex life, in case of legal disputes, on demand and for the purpose of requesting a limited purpose, to prosecutors, courts, enforcement offices, Customs Administration, Tax Authorities, SSI, authorized public institutions and organizations.  may be transferred limited to the specified personal data processing conditions and specified purposes.

5.DATA TRANSFER ABROAD:

In accordance with the principles set forth in Article 4/2 of the KVK Law, by obtaining “Explicit Consent Texts” for collection separately from the relevant persons whose data has been processed, or in the cases stipulated in Articles 5/2, 6/3 of the Law, without seeking explicit consent, in accordance with the rules of Article 9 of the Law, after the declaration of foreign countries with sufficient protection to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”), only to persons and organizations based in these countries,  for the countries that have been identified and declared that there is not enough protection, it can be transferred on a limited basis by obtaining the necessary permissions from the KVK Board in terms of the relevant transfer, in which the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country have committed to adequate protection in writing.

In this context, within the framework of the limits stipulated by law no. 6698, all necessary measures will be taken and your personal information may be transferred abroad in accordance with the legislation and limited for transfer purposes within the scope of your legal relationship and activity with our company. 

6.METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA:

Your personal data; Based on one or more of the following conditions specified in paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law; 5/1- “Obtaining explicit consent”, 5/2- a) “Expressly stipulated in the law”, c) “It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”, ç) “It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, e) data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right. f) “Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned”, and article 6/3 of the Law “can only be processed by persons or authorized institutions and organizations under the obligation to keep secrets for the purpose of protecting public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, carrying out treatment and care services, planning and managing health services and financing, without seeking the express consent of the relevant person”.  based on the legal reasons stated in the form of article 5 and 6 of the Law, the procedures and principles to be followed in the fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation are processed, collected and transferred in accordance with article 5/1-h. of the Communiqué.

7.RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER (RIGHT TO APPLY):
